- Breakfast of Bagels with Fat-Free Cream Cheese and Fruit Followed by Self-Monitoring
- Tennis Lessons, Followed by Group Play
- Culinary Class
- Lunch of Chicken Fajita Wraps with Rice followed by Self-Monitoring
- Canoeing Trip on Local River
- Snack of Beef Jerky
- DDR (Dance Dance Revolution) or Yoga Class
- Dinner of Chicken Stir-Fry, Rice, Angel Food Cake Topped with Fruit Followed by Self-Monitoring
- Indoor Basketball Tourney
- Snack of Fig Newman’s
- Camp Fire with Songs and Games
